Skype call to Singtel, a cellular company of Singapore is VERY cheap indeed. The rate is similar to calling any U.S. number. I got the chance to drop a call to Jade who’s been in Singapore for about 3 days now and she seems to be pretty well and is currently on a job hunt. [...]
