Hi there!

I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), a Certified Blog Entrepreneur (CBEP) and a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional (IMU).

I provide online marketing services through my company Third Team Media – a digital agency specializing in providing assistance for international and local SMEs in their social media marketing campaigns. We are a tiny firm and we focus our efforts on helping our clients get their projects and campaigns off the ground from launches to maintenance.

On my free time I read business books and fantasy novels. I also enjoy playing casual Magic: The Gathering and blogging here at www.fleirecastro.com.

I created this site to hold my thoughts on both areas — social media, business and technology.

I have been involved on projects of small business owners and start-ups. Usually they wanted me to either manage a project or work on the nits and grits of the campaign itself — and sometimes both!
