Last January 11, I was at the itel Mobile Philippines First Year Anniversary. I arrived to a room of a hundred people listening to a presentation in Mandarin and translated into English. By then the first thought I had in mind was – I really should have David learn Mandarin stat!

One key offer they have is this: They offer 12 months warranty and 100 days replacement for their phones. And they are proud to say that they are only brand offering 100 days replacement with only <1% defects. This is a nod towards the quality of the phones they have.
The reason is that selling and having the presence across 50 countries gives them the benefit of bulk production which cuts costs and therefore gives them the capacity to produce in mass but also check the quality in mass.
itel mobile‘s other goal this year is to reach sales of 2 million phones across the country – double their initial success for 2019.
