Figuring Out Facebook Timeline Custom Page Tab Height

For those of you setting up a custom page tab on the new Facebook Timeline, you might have to struggle figuring out Facebook timeline Custom Page Tab height.

Depending on how you coded your tab, you might be seeing the evil scrollbars of death. This is very, very ugly to look at and will cost you hours to look for a solution. Why? Google can’t be sorted by most recent article. News, yes. But recent articles, NOPE!

Why it’s important that you figure this out on your own?

  • Scrollbars look ugly.
  • Because your client will think you don’t know Facebook’s latest code changes which will be points VS your professionalism.
  • You will need to hire expensive Facebook developers to mend your headache.

So here’s what solved my scroll bar problem. Put inside your <body> tag. No need to add overflow:hidden anywhere.
